Leamouth sits where the Lea meets the Thames, a peninsula of new waterside blocks and older industrial conversions. MK Heating covers it with boiler repairs, servicing, installations and 24/7 emergency call-outs for homes and businesses on the peninsula.
Heating and plumbing on the peninsula
Newer blocks here are usually heated by combi or system boilers under warranty, so annual servicing on the manufacturer's schedule protects both the boiler and the guarantee. We work on Vaillant, Baxi, Glow-worm and Worcester Bosch. Conversions bring older systems with them, and those throw up the classic faults: sludgy radiators, pumps on their way out, pressure that will not hold. Because the area keeps growing, boiler installations and smart thermostat upgrades are steady work too, along with the emergencies that need an engineer at odd hours.
New flats bring snagging-type jobs as well: radiators that were never balanced properly, valves weeping under sinks, condensate runs that freeze in hard weather. None of it is dramatic; all of it is worth sorting before it damages a floor or a ceiling, and most of it is a single short visit. Emergencies on the peninsula get the same cover as anywhere else on our patch: engineers out at any hour, day or night, 24/7.
