This policy explains what details we collect when you contact MK Heating, why we need them, and what happens to them. It covers the booking form and the enquiry form on this website.
What we collect
When you use our forms we ask for your name, email address, phone number and postcode, along with whatever you tell us about the job. We only ask for what we need to contact you and quote for the work. We do not collect anything through the forms that you have not typed in yourself.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. That means contacting you about the work you have asked about, booking a visit, and keeping a record of the job. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.
Where your details go
Form submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from real people; Cloudflare processes the check but does not use your details for anything else. Accepted enquiries are stored securely in our Google Firebase database, and a notification is sent to our team through Brevo, our email provider, so an engineer can get back to you. We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for the job and for our accounts.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email mkheating2@gmail.com or call 07950 619 002 and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use this website. Analytics is off by default and only enabled if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time using the button below. Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms may also use cookies needed for its security check.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page. This policy was last updated in October 2026.
